Embrace the Challenges

“Practice thinking with no limits, and you’ll find yourself living with no limits. See great value in the obstacles and challenges, and you’ll find yourself joyfully thankful for the opportunities they bring.”

— Ralph Marston

I first shared this quote four years ago, and yesterday was a perfect reminder of why I live by it. The way we spend our time, the challenges we embrace, and the people we surround ourselves with shape who we are and who we become. No limits. No regrets. Just growth.

Yesterday, my friends and I took on a training run along the Suffolk Greenbelt, much of which overlaps with the Shore2Shore 50K we’re running in mid-April. If you want to vibe out on the treadmill with a course preview, check it out above!

This is my first YouTube video, and I have a bunch more in the editing room. If you’re interested, please consider subscribing—and let me know what you think. Feedback is a gift!
